If you run a new cPanel/WHM Upgrade and for some reason after a reboot your system is unaccessible via the main site and access to cPanel/WHM is lost, you may run the following command (after switching off your firewall) to see if it resolves the matter:

  • /sbin/iptables -F

In most cases the above should work, where it doesn't contact your system administrator.

If you are unsure of what firewall you are operating, please reference the below to find out:

  • whereis apf
  • whereis csf

Once completed, save the new rules:

  • service iptables save
